Except that in <em>Pirates</em>' case, the dialog between the film and me might go something like: Me: This movie is so damn long! Movie: We have Johnny Depp! Me: Yeah, but the fight scenes are terrible! Movie: Look, he's on screen now! Me: But no one even gets hurt! There's no realism! Movie: Haha, look, he's staring off into the distance! Me: <em>But the damn movie is just boring!</em> Movie: We have Johnny Depp! So in other words, a lot better than Pirates of the Caribbean, another movie (series) based on an unrelated franchise.
